In this group of controllers there are devices that allow for optimum combustion of fuel in fine coal boilers - in hoppers. We offer simple controllers that support a circulating pump and a blower, as well as those that support advanced heating systems with a support for mixing valve's actuator, the hot water circulation pumps, pumps for the floor, as well as pumps that are weather-controlled or controlled by an exhaust gas sensor.

In this group there are also controllers with a fuzzy logic PID algorithm that improves fuel combustion and that allows for an accurate stabilization of a boiler's temperature. Most of the controllers in this group have a variable fan speed as well as remote control - PILOT room panel or room thermostat. In this group there are also controllers for high power boilers that support the blowers with a capacity of 550W and more. In addition, most regulators are available in various housings that allow for adjustment of the housing and the regulator to the working conditions in which the controller will be located.

This controller is a development of the Krypton 340 regulator based on a large 4.3 '' color touch screen. This controller continuously and automatically controls the blower and maintains the temperature set on the boiler at a constant level. This solution prevents sudden temperature changes in the boiler. In addition, a flue gas temperature sensor can be connected to the regulator, the use of which is to reduce the amount of heat blown into the chimney, and thus it has an impact on the amount of fuel burned. The use of this regulator improves the ergonomics of use: there is no need to interfere with the settings of the controller when changing the fuel (fuel). The Krypton 350 microprocessor controller is designed to control the operation of the blower, CH pump, DHW pump, and an additional pump (e.g. floor pump) in central heating installations, it has an output for connecting a remote control.

A specially designed menu allows to progressively activate further features or abilities of the controller. This controller has a special algorithm for the operation of pid fuzzy logic, which after determining by the user the maximum and minimum capacity of the boiler can smoothly select the blower speed, depending on the electrical load of the system and the type of fuel. In addition, this version has an additional algorithm pid, affecting the exhaust gas temperature and regulating the power of the boiler so that the value of the exhaust gas temperature does not exceed the maximum temperature pre-set by the user. These modern control algorithms allow to save on the amount of burned fuel, and which has a positive impact on the environment.

The Krypton 360 regulator is a modern regulator for fine coal-charged boilers equipped with a pid algorithm with smooth speed control, separate for blowers aerating the furnace and a separate one for the secondary blower. For each of these blowers, you can set a separate characteristic, so we can use different types of blowers. The SW1 version has been designed to use this regulator to work with large boilers where the total power of the blowers aerating the furnace is up to 1.1kW, and the maximum power of the secondary blower is up to 550W. The Krypton 360 microprocessor controller is also designed to work with 3 pumps with a power of 250W each in central heating systems, it has an output for connecting a remote control.
