This group of products includes a wide range of controllers for boilers with screw and piston type feeders (drawer). We offer simple controllers for boilers with a screw conveyor with dual pumps, universal controllers with the support for a piston or a screw feeder allowing for burning the eco-pea coal, pellet or biomass, controllers equipped with an advanced PID control algorithm, fuzzy logic, supporting the actuator of the mixing valve and two independent circuits controlled by a room panel.

In addition, this group of controllers include devices that can work with the outside temperature sensor and the exhaust gas sensor. Furthermore, all controllers in this group allow the connection of remote control - the PILOT room panel or a room thermostat. Most of the controllers of this group are available in various housings to match the controller and housing for the working conditions in which the controller will be located (mounted under the insulation of the boiler, on the wall, on the body of the boiler, in the control cabinet).

IRYD RTZ PID 602 is a controller designed to control the operation of a central heating boiler with a screw feeder or piston feeder (with a feeder position sensor). The controller controls an extensive heating installation. A specially designed menu enables gradual activation of further functions and possibilities of the regulator. In addition, a large touch screen provides greater convenience in using the device.

This regulator has a special fuzzy logic pid operation algorithm, which, after the user specifies the maximum and minimum boiler power, can smoothly select the appropriate fuel doses depending on the load on the installation and the type of fuel.The controller continuously controls the blower operation by selecting the appropriate amount of fuel for the given blower speed. In addition, this version is equipped with an additional pid algorithm influencing the flue gas temperature, regulating the boiler power so that the flue gas temperature does not exceed the maximum value set by the user. These modern control algorithms allow you to save on the amount of fuel burned, and thus have a beneficial effect on the natural environment. Additionally, RS 232 communication was used, thanks to which it is possible to expand the boiler control system with the MI-95 internet module. The controller also has a USB socket that allows for updating the software.

IRYD 610 is a controller designed to control the operation of a central heating boiler with a feeding screw. The controller controls an extensive heating installation. These modern control algorithms allow you to save on the amount of fuel burned, and thus have a beneficial effect on the natural environment. Additionally, up to 5 mixing valve control modules, an internet module and a room panel can be connected to the regulator, which allows for a significant expansion of the heating system.

The controller controls an extensive heating system. A specially designed menu allows to progressively activate further features or abilities of the controller. This controller has a special algorithm of work, pid fuzzy logic, which after determining by the user of a maximum and minimum output of the boiler is able to smoothly choose the appropriate dosage of fuel depending on the load of the system and the type of fuel. The controller controls continuously the blower operation choosing the right amount of fuel to a specific blower speed. In addition, this version has an additional algorithm pid, affecting the exhaust gas temperature and regulating the power of the boiler so that the value of the exhaust gas temperature does not exceed the maximum temperature pre-set by the user. These modern control algorithms allow to save on the amount of burned fuel, and which has a positive impact on the environment.

This regulator has the option of weather control. After connecting an additional external temperature sensor, the controller calculates the boiler setting according to the heating curve set by the user. In addition, the Titanic controller supports remote control - PILOT or a room thermostat, to increase the comfort of using the controller, it is possible to stabilize the temperature in the room by using these additional devices.

Iryd 605 is a controller designed to control the operation of a central heating boiler with a feeding screw. This regulator has the option of weather control. An improved control algorithm makes the combustion process more optimal. Argon 3 microprocessor controller is designed to control the feeding screw, the blower, the C.H. pump, and the H.T.W. pump. It has an output for connecting a remote control which further enhances its usability.

TRIO is a controller designed to control the operation of the C.H. boiler, for pellet or eco-pea coal, equipped with the feeding screw. A special controlling algorithm allows to burn pellets in a more optimal way than traditional controllers. TRIO controller has the ability to control the boiler temperature depending on the weather. In addition, a remote control panel PILOT or a room thermostat can be connected, which allows for remote control of the boiler and of the stabilization of room temperature.
